How the Pricing Model Works

We operate on a prepaid consulting hours model, straightforward by design. Here’s how it works in practice:

• Purchase hours upfront
  A written scope document is provided before any hours are drawn down.
• Hours logged transparently
  Every hour is tracked and reported. You always know what’s been used and what remains.
• Top up when needed
  When your balance runs low, you can top up your hours to keep the engagement going. A separate estimate is provided before additional hours are committed.
• Unused hours stay valid
  Any remaining balance is valid for 12 months from purchase. Available for support, troubleshooting, additional questions, or further adjustments.

From the outset, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Zoho Project Manager and Engineer, both selected based on their experience in your industry and the specific Zoho platform your project requires.

Before work begins, a brief scoping session ensures the team is fully aligned to your requirements. Training is delivered online, recorded, and accompanied by written documentation tailored to your specific business.

What Your Consulting Hours Cover

Hours purchased don’t expire for 12 months and can be applied to any Zoho service your business needs. Common uses include:

What Can Be Achieved in the First 10 Hours

The minimum first engagement is 10 hours. For a business starting with Zoho for the first time, or cleaning up a poorly configured existing setup, 10 hours is enough to make a meaningful difference. Typical scope at this level includes:

• CRM pipeline configuration
