The staff needs to be able not only to use Zoho CRM but also unlock its full potential. “Some of the main challenges we have are definitely how we map our contacts with multiple people, how we map our accounts to contacts, and being able to pull up our accounts with all of our contacts’ information attached to them – at the moment, we can’t figure out how to do them in Zoho CRM.”

At the moment, it’s still very clunky with errors here and there and requires further optimisation to make it more user-friendly and comprehensive. This leads to underutilisation of the CRM’s capabilities, affecting efficiency and data management.
